I offer a free 15 minute consultation which can be held on the phone or by email if you prefer. The point of the consultation would be to give you time to decide whether I would be the right counsellor for you and whether I felt I had the right skillset to support your needs. The sessions last for 50 minutes and in the first session I’ll go over the contract which involves things like confidentiality, boundaries, privacy and consent. There is no limit to how many sessions you can have, that is entirely left up to you and what you feel you need.

Telephone and online sessions cost £40 for 50 minutes.

Concessions are available for people on low income, unemployment benefits, key workers, old age pensioners, students and refugees. Please get in touch for more details.
